Purchase Order and Payment terms

For purchase orders, please contact us directly to have your purchase order approved and processed.

For approved purchase orders we provide a 30 day payment terms from the time the invoice is sent to you.

Any discrepancy on the invoice must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Please note : Over due invoices are automatically subject to 2% service charge per month starting from due date. Additional days will be charged as a full month up to the date the invoice is received by us.

Over payment of taxes must be claimed by buyer through their accounting.


Shipping Method
Once you have placed your order with us, we will ship your order out from our warehouse within 24 hours. Your order will be shipped via ground service which normally takes 5 - 10 working days to delivery after it's been shipped. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you. Please check the availability of the item under the item information page. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipment time since the courier service provider will not do this. Most courier services offer their ground service with 5 - 10 working days delivery. If you would like a rushed order and need a quote for a different delivery service, please call us or email us at service@safetybasics.com for a quote.


Order rejected at time of delivery
If you reject your order at the time of delivery, you will have to pay the shipping cost/charge on the invoice for shipping these goods. If you plan to reject the delivery for any reason, please advice use before hand if possible. For whatever reason, if you reject the delivery then you are accountable for all shipping costs.


Return Policy
For all returns :

Contact us WITHIN 5 working days of receiving the goods. We can track all packages and delivery dates. If you contact us after after 5 working days, we cannot provide a refund.

Please do not open or remove the item from it's original packaging. We do not sell second hand goods. If you open the packaging, the goods are classified as second hand and we cannot provide a refund.

Send an email to : service@safetybasics.com and include the word RETURN and your order number in the email title. Include your order details and reason for return in the message to us.

Our service team will reply back and provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) number and advise correct mailing address. Note that products are shipped out from any of our two warehouse locations so you need to know which address to ship the item back to. Sending a package back without obtaining an RA number could potentially result in additional charges. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number from us first.

When shipping the product back to us, you must ship it with a tracking number and request for a signature on delivery. This is for your own benefit. If you are unable to track a package or prove that it was delivered to our given warehouse, we cannot give you a refund. Product must be received back by our warehouse within 20 days of delivery to you.

When our warehouse confirms the item has been received in it's original packaging without having been opened and without any damages, we will refund the full cost of the item (less original shipping costs and a return handling fees) back onto your credit card used for the purchase. We will send you a confirmation email.

Purchases of respiratory masks, smoke hoods, hand sanitizers or other hygiene products are NOT returnable for safety reasons.

Handling fees:
Stretchers Under $200, there is a return handling fee of $6.95
Stretchers over $200, there is a return handling fee of $20.00
