Typographical Errors
In the event that a Safety Basics & Supply Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Safety Basics & Supply Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Safety Basics & Supply Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Safety Basics & Supply Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Safety Basics & Supply Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Safety Basics & Supply Inc. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Safety Basics & Supply Inc..
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error otherwise you will have to pay freight and any other charges related to returning a product. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You MUST contact us at: service@safetybasics.com with the word RETURN in your email title and your order details. We will provide you with an authorization number (usually within 2 working days) after which you may proceed with your return. Any returns not processed in this manner may result in loss of your available credit on the purchase. Why ? Primarily because different products can ship from different warehouses and if mailed to the wrong location the product could get lost but certainly additional shipping costs will be incurred by our staff. Please NOTE that certain health & safety products cannot be returned due to the need to protect the integrity of our supply including: respirator masks and face masks / disposable gloves of any type and hand wipes.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Safety Basics & Supply Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
